Every drive, logged on its own.
A mileage log for iPhone. It notices when I start driving, keeps the route and the miles, and leaves the drive for me to sort.
Today: 14.2 mi · 1 to sort
Sorted from where I am.
When a drive ends, a notice says how far and where, with Business and Personal right on it. One tap, and the drive is sorted in the day and counted in the month.
The widget on the Home Screen has the same two buttons. A drive left unsorted is marked on the log as a guess.

The day in Mileclip, and October’s business miles.
Drives I may have missed.
The iPhone keeps 7 days of motion history. Mileclip reads it on the device and lists car trips with no drive logged. Nothing is added unless I add it.
The distance is a guess from how long the car moved. The trip meter gives a closer one: 9.8 mi to the Ortiz bath. The log says the drive came from the motion check.

The page at the end of the year.
Every business drive, the rates of where I file, split at the date they changed, and the total. Wednesday’s drive to the Martinez kitchen is on it, and the trip from the motion check.

Three facts
No account. No Srutva server.
Drives, routes and places stay on my iPhone and, with sync on, in my own iCloud, on every iPhone with my Apple Account. The map, the names of streets and towns, and road distances come from Apple’s maps service; Srutva Labs gets none of it. Privacy
Four tax offices, their years and rates.
IRS and CRA by the calendar year, HMRC from 6 April, ATO from 1 July, each with its rates and the dates they changed. The log comes as a PDF or a CSV.
Places, work hours, vehicles.
Drives ending at a saved place, or in my work hours, start as Business or Personal. Each vehicle keeps its odometer readings. Lock with Face ID, a Live Activity while driving, and a copy of everything to save and restore.
